Nemer has two industrial parks located in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, about 140 km south of Vitória in Espírito Santo State, Brazil.. There are 15 gangsaws, two automated polishing machines, a high-capacity automatic tile line and an automated calibration line.

Its installed monthly production capacity is 30 thousand square meters of polished slabs, 12 thousand square meters of ready-to-install calibrated tiles for facades and flooring, in addition to 1,200 cubic meters of Corumbá Gray granite blocks.
